One of my long term projects recently has been porting the iPhone game I've made to android. When I wrote it, i figured since I used c++ and OpenGLES, it wouldn't be too hard to port it over. I was way wrong. On android, I have to use a completely different sound api, file loading, and image reading api than that on iOS. On top of that The native development enviroment for Android is... not quite as well polished as that for iPhone. With some luck though, hopefully I have overcome most of the porting issues, and soon will be able to release SortForce on android as well as iOS. Yesterday, I finally got to walk at graduation! I am officially the proud holder of a B.S. in Comp Sci from CSULB Have to say I considered not walking at graduation more than a bit (already had the diploma and everything), but I'm glad I did it. It was allot of fun and I got to see classmates I hadn't seen in a while. On the art side, In the classes I'm currently taking at PVAC, I have a couple of weeks untill the end of the session, and also have a final project comming up in Intermediate Drawing. Current Happenings: Its been a pretty good weekend. Went to the Irwindale Renaissance Faire and got to go to a bachelor party earlier this week. The Faire was pretty interesting. Like Wondercon or AX, except almost everyone was in costume. Mi'Lord will have to buy a costume for next year. xD Thanks for visiting & please leave comments!
